Faculty Objectives:

The faculty aims to develop a strategy for all concerned to serve educational & research process and the community environment in light of the University's strategic plan to achieve continuous development and qualification for accreditation within the overall quality framework, to be implemented within the specified time period with high efficiency and outstanding performance.
Strategic goals are in the following:

1. Prepare the academic and professional teacher able to carry out the profession according to academic standards.
2. Qualify the faculty graduates for professional practice and to meet the needs of the labor market in various majors.
3. Professional and academic development of teachers and employees .
4. Conduct and publish the research and studies also it provides a technical advice in various fields of specialization to contribute on the continuous development of the society services.
5. Enrich and develop the educational thought through the dissemination of contemporary educational trends and their applications in field work.
6. Exchange of experiences and information with national, regional and international bodies and institutions related to the mission of the faculty.
7. Update of new undergraduate and postgraduate education programs.
8. Develop graduate programs at the faculty to meet the needs of the labor market.
9. Form an integrated system to improve institutional performance.
10. Satisfaction of students / faculty / administrative staff / technical staff on the faculty performance.
