Establishment of “Psychological Counseling Center”

The “Psychological Counseling Center” was established at Minia University according to university council decree in its session No. 49 issued in 1972 that the “Psychological Counseling Center” is a unit of a special nature and follows the provisions of the Universities Organization Law in Egypt and its executive regulations, where its headquarters is at the Faculty of Education, in Minia city.

Directors of the center since its Establishment:

1- Prof. Dr. Abdel Rahim Bakhit Abdel Rahim, Professor of Mental Health, Faculty of Education, Minia University

2- Prof. Mushira Abdel Hamid Al-Yousifi, Professor of Mental Health, Faculty of Education, Minia University.

3- Prof. Dr. Fadl Ibrahim Abdel Samad, Professor of Mental Health, Faculty of Education, Minia University

4- Assistant Prof. Mervat Azmy Zaki, Assistant Professor of Mental Health, Faculty of Education, Minia University
