Israa Gamal Mohamed (first-year student) won first place at the university level in the scientific research competition "Safe Environmental Proposals to Activate Egypt's Vision 2023" and Safe Disposal of Electronic Waste. This competition was part of the university-wide competitions organized by the cultural and scientific activities department of the general administration of student care.

Whereas Dean of the Faculty Prof. Sayed Abdel-Azim, congratulated the student and stressed the need to continue paying attention to activities that play a major role in developing the students’ personalities, within the framework of the directives of President of the University Prof. Essam El-Din Sadek Farahat.

This came under the auspices of President of the University Prof. Essam El-Din Sadek Farahat, and Dean of the Faculty Prof. Sayed Abdel-Azim. Also it was held under the supervision of Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs Prof. Idris Sultan Saleh, Coordinator of Student Activities Prof. Dr. Hanaa Abdel-Hamid, and Student Care Office headed by Office Director Mr. Khalaf Ramadan.
