Education Holds Seminar on “Climate Chaos as a Major Consequence of the Absence of Environmental Sustainability”

The Faculty of Education organized today a scientific seminar entitled "Climate Chaos as a Major Consequence of the Absence of Environmental Sustainability." The seminar addressed key environmental issues and climate change, introducing students to the differences between weather and climate, and the sources of solar heat resulting from the reflection of its rays within the atmosphere.

This came under the auspices of President of the University Professor Dr. Essam El-Din Sadek Farhat, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Professor Dr. Ayman Mohamed Hassanein, and Dean of the Faculty Professor Dr. Idris Sultan Saleh, and under the supervision of Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Professor Dr. Asmaa Abdel Hamid.

The seminar was lectured by Professor Dr. Nasser Barakat, Professor of Environment and Biodiversity at the Faculty of Science, and attended Professor Dr. Yamna Muqallad, Director of the Environmental Sustainability Unit at the Faculty of Education.
