The Alumni Affairs Unit organized today a symposium entitled: “Labor Market Skills” .The symposium was presented by Dr. Ruqaya Eid Darbala, Assistant Professor of Comparative Education and Educational Administration at the faculty. During the seminar, Dr. Darbala addressed a range of essential soft skills that graduates need to prepare them for the ever-growing and evolving educational labor market, such as communication skills, teamwork, time management, and critical thinking.
This came in the presence of: the Dean of the Faculty Prof. Dr. Idris Sultan Saleh; the Director of the Quality Unit Dr. Wael Adel Abdel-Hakim, the Deputy Director of the Quality Unit Assoc. Prof. Mohamed Fathi, the Head of the Department of Comparative Education and Educational Administration Prof. Dr. Mohamed Hamdi Assoc. Prof. Amal Ahmed Hassan, and Dr. Mohamed Bassiouni.
Also, it was held under the supervision and organization of Director of the Graduate Follow-up Unit Dr. Hala Mahmoud Hassan. Whereas Dr. Hala reviewed the activities and services of the Graduate Follow-up Unit, explaining how graduates can benefit from them to support their career path and enhance their employment opportunities.
